The BlockOut 270 Awning offers an extensive shaded area while maintaining a compact and portable design. Crafted from durable 280gsm Ripstop polycotton canvas with a 1500mm waterhead rating, this sturdy awning ensures reliable protection. Employing Kakadu’s BlockOut technology, it effectively blocks up to 95% of light and lowers temperatures by up to 20 degrees, safeguarding you from the intense sun.

Its unique 270-degree shape provides ample coverage of over 158sqft, wrapping around the side and rear of your vehicle. To expand the coverage or add privacy, you can easily attach the included universal wall. The awning boasts lightweight U-channel alloy rafters with integrated poles, enabling a quick and effortless setup and pack down process.

For extra protection, a provided roof panel can be slid into the last rafter and tied to your roof rack, ensuring the back of your vehicle remains shielded during adverse weather conditions. Moreover, the package comes with premium mounting hardware suitable for most roof rack configurations.

In addition, you can even add the awning walls to make it into an annex that will provide even more shade and could also be used by other campers as extra sleeping quarters or just as another place to store away your extra gear!
